Today former U.S. Treasury official Dr. Paul Craig Roberts told King World News when the price of gold hits $2,500-$3,000 an ounce, the Fed will see the writing on the wall.

September 5 (King World News) – Dr. Paul Craig Roberts: “We have a measure of the US dollar’s struggle in the rising price of gold and silver. Of course the gold price is only back up to what it was in 2011, but it has come back up a long way. And it doesn’t seem that the authorities are able to knock it down as easily as they were previously doing by selling naked shorts on the COMEX futures market. So the dollar is under pressure. If that pressure intensifies, that’s when it comes home to the Fed.
