The world’s largest museum, education and research complex is caving to Marxist left-wing propaganda, and is supporting an initiative that denounces “dominant white culture,” the Protestant work ethic, the “whiteness” of rugged individualism, self-reliance, and the nuclear family unit.
The Smithsonian Institution, in cooperation with the African American Natural History Museum, started an initiative called “talking about race.” The latest flyer is nothing more than a racist tirade condemning white culture and the “aspects and assumptions of whiteness.”
The initiative denounces the scientific method as being part of white dominant culture. It attributes the Protestant work ethic to white supremacy and even criticizes the family structure – the traditional roles of the father and the mother.
From the initiative:
White dominant culture, or whiteness, refers to the ways white people and their traditions, attitudes, and ways of life have been normalized over time and are now considered standard practices in the United States. And since white people still hold most of the institutional power in America, we have all internalized some aspects of white culture – including people of color.
