A mass shooting in a classroom building at the Naval Air Station Pensacola in Florida early this morning left three people dead and seven others wounded before the gunman was killed by law enforcement officers.
Officials announced at a press conference late Friday morning that the shooter, who has not been named, was shot by two Escambia County Sheriff’s deputies, who suffered injuries during the exchange.
Three of the fatally injured people were pronounced dead at the scene and the fourth passed away at the hospital.
