I cannot believe the America I find myself living in. A 64 year old man, in upstate New York encountered 2 home intruders with bad intentions inside of his house. He shot and killed both of them. Despite the Deputies not pressing charges, the local District Attorney wants to send this 64 year old man to prison. Here is the entire story.
