The Trump – Russia counterintelligence investigation, put in play by the corrupt Deep State, appears to have started as a result of a joke President Trump made after the 2016 Republican National Convention.

On July 27th, 2016, following the successful GOP Convention, Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump responded to concerns from the media that Russia had hacked the DNC and that the Hillary campaign claimed he was involved –

“By the way, if they hacked, they probably have her 33,000 emails,” he said. “I hope they do. They probably have her 33,000 emails that she lost and deleted. Because you’d see some beauties there.” A few minutes later, he returned to the idea, speaking directly to the Kremlin: “I will tell you this: Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing.”

Of course, candidate Trump was joking but he also was making a few important points. One point was that he was not involved in the DNC emails being released to the public during the DNC. Two, he stated that he would be tough on Russia and that Russia no longer respected the US. Finally, he was reminding everyone that if Russia hacked the DNC emails (which to this date has not been confirmed since the DNC server was never inspected by the FBI), they probably had the 33,000 emails Hillary had illegally deleted.

It’s hard to believe but these comments by candidate Trump were used to start the counterintelligence investigation into Trump and Russia, but it appears they were.
