Whether it’s real or not, and whether China is the main culprit, there is no denying the fact that parts of the United States have entered a defensive posture with regard to a possible major terrorist attack on the East Coast and in Indiana. EMP preparation is part of the picture, but so is attacking large crowds at public events.
