The officer noticed a teenage girl inside the car
Neither could speak English or had identification on them, and a translator was called to the scene
Police later learned the girl was a missing 15-year-old from Patterson, New Jersey
Morales-Pedraza was arrested for abducting and sexually assaulting the teen
He has previously been deported from the U.S. and had re-entered the country illegally

An illegal immigrant has been arrested in Ohio for the abduction and sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl.
A state trooper pulled over Juan Carlos Morales-Pedraza near Toledo on Tuesday for a driving infringement when he discovered the teenager inside the car.
Neither Morales-Pedraza or the girl spoke English or had any identification on them.
A Patrol translator was subsequently called to the scene, and troopers were able to positively identify the teenager.
After entering her name into a database they discovered she had been listed as a missing person in Paterson, New Jersey.
Morales-Pedraza was allegedly taking her to Chicago before he was pulled over for the traffic violation.
Police allege that he had forced the girl to perform sexual acts, and she was taken to hospital for a medical examination.
Morales-Pedraza, originally of Mexico, was placed under arrest and transported to the Lucas County Jail.
He has previously been deported from the United States, and had returned to the country illegally.
The Lucas County Juvenile Protective Services, Lake Township Police Department, the Ohio Investigative Unit and the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency are now all assisting in the investigation, according to Cleveland 19 News.
Morales-Pedraza will appear in court on Thursday.
