Rod Rosenstein had a pivotal role in the attempted coup against candidate and then President Donald Trump.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein last year spoke with DOJ and FBI officials about wearing a wire and secretly recording President Trump to be able to build a case that Trump is unfit to hold office.
Rosenstein also signed at least one questionable FISA warrant to spy on candidate and then President Trump
On Thursday Rod Rosenstein stood behind Attorney General Bill Barr during his much anticipated press conference on the Mueller Special Counsel investigation.
Rosenstein appeared like he was tense, sweating and stone-faced.
If this was a courtroom trial the jury would find him guilty.
