He has been talking about Wikileaks and Clinton since May 2015, which was a month before Donald Trump even announced his presidential campaign:

These tweets are very big news. The mysterious murder of Seth Rich had been almost forgotten in Western Media, and Kim’s statements raise it back from obscurity, reminding everyone there remain several unanswered questions about the killing.
