‘Impeach Rashida Tlaib’ Petition Closes In On 150K Signatures

The Change.org petition to “Impeach Rashida Tlaib” started by MRS. AMERICAN CITIZEN is closing in on 150,000 signatures.
Tlaib, a Muslim Palestinian-American congresswoman from Michigan, garnered national outrage when she vowed to “impeach the mother–” President Donald Trump. Nancy Pelosi defended the junior lawmaker’s comment about the commander in chief.
Americans are not happy about Tlaib’s comment. The petition stands at 142,351 signatures as of press time and is gaining fast.
There are several complaints here, including a question about Tlaib’s allegedly fradulent residency claim.
The petition states: “She lied about living in Detroit using her fathers house address .. she never lived there .. she lived in Dearborn ., her father has verified this .. you must live in the district you are running in to represent .. We demand a full investigation and recount of every vote that she supposedly received..”

Freshman U.S. Rep. Rashida Tlaib, the first Muslim woman elected to Congress, is already embroiled in controversy within her first day of being sworn into the 116th US Congress.
“I’m now going to be a member of Congress, Inshallah,” Tlaib said at the event. “Inshallah” means “God willing” in Arabic.
Choosing to take her oath on a Quran, Tlaib was sworn in while wearing traditional Palestinian attire with a group of some of the most notorious Jew haters by her side. Along with members of her Palestinian family, Tlaib invited rabid jew haters Linda Sarsour and Rasha Mubarak as her guests.
