The home of Agenda 21 is the United Nations. They are poised to take total control of our energy grid beginning in California, the world’s 5th largest economy. In today’s modern economy, if one controls the energy, they control the economy.
California: The Home of Everything That Is Anti-American
California, the home of many communistic, totalitarian state government, has produced many controversial, liberty-stealing piecess of legislation. For example they want to outlaw home schooling. The have effectively outlawed the sale of the Bible and they want to outlaw the criticsm of any vaccine courtesy of Representative (flim) Pham man. However, there is one movement that is going to be a trend setter for every state government across America that I think deserves further examination and that is the passage of a law that requires solar paneling on every new home.
California Is the Home of Agenda 21 Policies
California is the world’s fifth-largest economy and the State already has a reliable record going green, Agenda 21 style. Clearly, this new California law originates from Agenda 21 and the centralized contol of all energy. California is determed to have all sources of power to be “natural” by 2030, hence the new term for Agenda 21, now called Agenda 2030.
The California Building Industry Association (CBIA), estimates that only 20% of the single-family homes built in California have solar panel installations. At least seven cities in the state already have solar required Agenda 21 mandates regardingt the solar panel presence of new buildings.
“Adoption of these standards represents a quantum leap in statewide building standards,” Bob Raymer, the technical director for the CBIA said in remarks to the energy commission prior to the vote in Sacramento. “No other state in the nation will have anything close to this — and you can bet every one of the 49 other states will be watching closely to see what happens. Rayner went on to say that builders will significantly reduce overall compliance costs and to provide increased design flexibility.” He further admitted that such a program has never been required before.
Energy Credits Are Part of Agenda 21’s Complete Control of Energy
At the core of Agenda 21’s cap and trade policies which will provide UN oversight of the use of all energy, the subsequent state’s solar mandate for new homes includes compliance credits for the installation of battery storage technology. These compliance credits is just another term for carbon credits, in which all energy use is assigned a value that is controlled by a Public-Private-Partnership of private unaccountable wealthy people. That means homeowners with the rooftop solar systems will be able to capture cheap electricity during the middle of the day and keep that power onsite for evening hours when rates tend to go up. And they can buy and sell the credits. Hence the term, compliance (ie carbon) credits. .
