Armando Juarez shot three police officers Tuesday at a Home Depot in Dallas, Texas.
One officer was not expected to survive and officials are waiting for his mother to arrive to the hospital. The other injured officer is female and was shot in the face.
Juarez was previously arrested for auto theft and on drug charges.
Juarez was captured after a police chase. He was arrested.
