Comey Admits That There Is a Deep State That He Supports

Disgraced FBI Director, James Comey, recently wrote a book called “A Higher Loyalty”. Is he talking loyalty to the Deep State? It would appear so, because Comey has come out and stated that there is a Deep State and he supports it wholeheartedly because the members will not serve an illegitimate President (ie Trump).
