North Korea ‘won’t stand down’ in bid to create WORLD-ENDING nukes, warns expert
NORTH KOREA will continue to as a threat to global security by refusing to “stand down” in its bid to create a devastating arsenal of nuclear weapons.

North Korea sparked fears of World War 3 when it threatened to launch a missile attack on a United States base in Guam.
Reports from Pyongyang suggested despot leader Kim Jong-un had held meetings with his closest aides to determine the ramifications of launching such an attack on US territory.
Donald Trump escalated the war of words, promising to retaliate with “fire and fury” if Guam came under attack from North Korea.
During a Twitter outburst, the President said his military was “locked and loaded”, threatening the Kim regime to forget its plans to decimate Guam.
Mr Trump’s warnings seemingly worked when further reports from North Korean state media said Kim Jong-un was ready to fire his missile but would wait until for the “foolish Yankee’s” next move first.
Daniel Shaw, a public affairs expert, has warned the public not to underestimate the threat posed by North Korea and Kim Jong-un despite their decision to row back on their pledge to strike the US territory.
Speaking to RT, Mr Shaw said: “I think what North Korea has demonstrated now, for all of the US presidency before Trump, that yes they are going to continue to try out their weapons, they are not going to stand down, that oppressed countries can join the nuclear club as well and won’t go the way of Iraq or Libya.”
