President Duterte of the Philippines has publicly stated that he believes that the CIA is planning to assassinate him. Why? The answer is simple, he has cut off a large portion of the drug trafficking in his country. He is dealing with child-sex-traffickers. In other words, he has angered the Deep State. Therefore, Duterte was given the gift of ISIS. If I were a betting man, Duterete will die a similar death to Hugo Chavez. Why? Because Duterte has an 87% approval rating, there will not be a revolution, only implanted insurrection through groups like ISIS courtesy of the Deep State.
