The US general who has the power to destroy North Korea has revealed that the country cannot stop Kim Jong-Un from wiping out 25 million if he chooses to.
The shocking admission from Harry Harris means that once North Korea orders a strike, the US will be helpless to save populations in South Korea.
The Commander of US Pacific Command said that the capital Seoul, which on of the most populated cities in the world, could be destroyed in minutes.
Earlier today, President Trump raised the real possibility of “major, major conflict” with North Korea over its nuclear and missile programmes.
Although experts believe that the US would easily win the war, the death toll of both sides would be horrendous.
David Martin, from CBS, said that officials feared that South Korea and Australia were the most realistic targets of the volatile regime.
The Pacific’s top Navy officer said America must assume that the North Korean leader will nuke America if given the chance.
North Korea released a new propaganda film today threatening to sink the US aircraft carrier in the Korean pensiula.
The video opens with a shot of the White House inside crosshairs and finishes with the US House of Congress building’s iconic dome being blown up in a rocket attack.
