Russia’s all about the Trump: Locals want to rename street in honour of President-elect
A RUSSIAN town is petitioning to have an alley renamed “Donald Trump Street” in honour of the President-elect.

Sergey Bizyukin from Ryazan, around 125 miles south-east of Moscow, launched the campaign to change the street’s name.
Speaking to CNN, the 34-year-old explained the alley had a special meaning to him as it is currently called “Godless”, a name given when religion was rejected in the the USSR.
Now the Russian is campaigning to have it renamed “Donald Trump Street”, ahead of the billionaire businessman’s inauguration on January 20.
Mr Bizyukin said: “Some saw it as a joke and signed because it was fun, some stood for normalisation of US-Russia ties, and some signed because they don’t like the name of Godless Street.
