DHS Is Bringing In MS-13 Assassins to the USA

For years, MS-13, the assassins for the Sinola drug cartel, and partners with the Muslim Brotherhood and ISIS, have been allowed to come into the country by the Border Patrol by order of DHS. Why? For what purpose are they being let in to the USA?
