The crazed jihadis released the footage to spread their twisted message and for the first time featured a Spanish hotspot.
ISIS commanders first unveiled plans to dominate Al-Andalus, the Arabic name given to the parts of Spain, Portugal and France, that were occupied by the Moors between the 8th and the 15th century, last year.
The video features an aerial shot of the Alhambra palace and fortress in Granada, alongside images of child soldiers being indoctrinated by the terrorists.
The Alhambra is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and at the height of summer some 6,000 tourists visit it a day.
Youngsters are seen wearing jackets with ISIS symbols with images of Baghdad and Rome also appearing.
ISIS has stepped up its propaganda in recent days as it comes under pressure from air strikes in Iraq and Syria.
