The maverick state, which could have nuclear weapons, warned the United States and South Korea to “behave with prudence” or face the consequences in a bone-chilling missive.
In a terrifying newspaper propaganda piece, seen by Express.co.uk, unhinged Kim said the recent joint military operation between the two allies, code-named Ulchi Freedom Guardian (UFG), was putting the world on the brink of a Third World War.
Another message, distributed to the country’s brainwashed citizens, made reference to the country’s “nuclear capability” and potential to deliver “deadly strikes”.
“It was as clear as noonday that the UFG was aimed to make a preemptive nuclear strike at the DPRK.
“If the U.S. recklessly works to realise its foolish dream, oblivious of the DPRK’s steadfast faith and serious warning, it will entail unimaginably disastrous consequences.”
The second editorial warned the South Korean and American governments to practice “self-control”, before issuing a veiled threat of an all-out war.
