Europol is to be the first to experience ‘life after Brexit’ after the UK voted to leave the union in June.
Experts believe the most likely outcome will be Britain will seek to opt-out the agency in the coming months.
The key decision comes about because UK officials must decide if they want to sign up to the new rules to expand the law enforcement agency’s powers – or choose to leave now.
