Judge Napolitano on Servergate scandal: ‘I’m 100 percent certain FBI has enough evidence to convict Hillary’

Judge Napolitano appeared on the O’Reilly Factor recently to set the record straight about Hillary Clinton’s Servergate scandal.
The judge told O’Reilly that “the FBI is at the very end of its investigation” and has enough evidence to convict Hillary.
Napolitano also said that the FBI does plan to question Hillary with her lawyers present and said that she can either agree or disagree to do such. “It’s a foolish thing to do legally, but she may need to do it politically,” the Judge said.
The Justice Department is “working in tangent” with the FBI on the matter and likely will not “leak” the day they are planning to do so.
“Her evidence of guilt is overwhelming,” Napolitano told O’Reilly.
“The FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict.”
