Comcast was hit with a major outage across the United States on Monday, angering thousands of customers.
Customers lost part of their cable television service for several hours from around 6.30am, but the provider has said the nation-wide problem was fixed in most places by the afternoon.
The outage affected much of the East Coast from Washington, D.C. to Boston, according to tracking site Downdetector.com.
