1/3 Of Americans Say Special Interests Control Over Government Is Full Blown CRISIS

A new Gallup poll reveals that a third of Americans believe the power special interests now hold over government is a full blown crisis.
A total of 33 percent of respondents across the political spectrum said that special interests having too much control over what the government does has reached crisis level.
A further 51 percent say they view the issue as a “major problem,” meaning that a huge majority of 84 percent are deeply worried about the government being controlled by private entities.
Just 13 percent said that they see little or no problem in the matter.
In addition, close to a third of respondents also believe that the “failure of the government to solve major challenges” as well as representatives acting in the interest of their political party, rather than the country, also constitute crises.
