However, the American MSM can’t claim it has cornered the market on the practice. International organizations like the United Nations, lobbying groups and even terrorists have also perfected the practice and use modern social media, especially, to convert and win hearts and minds.
In fact, terrorist groups like the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) likely has learned lessons about how the Obama Administration and its sycophants in the MSM spread propaganda to win support for government programs and policies – like Obamacare, which, after it has passed and is beginning to be fully implemented, has become very unpopular.
