The is one thing that can be said, for certain regarding the Obama administration and that is that they lover their data. Your doctor is not instructed to ask if you own a gun and this is supposed to be reported. Some doctors comply and some do not. What medicines you are taking are reported as is the expression of any “unhealthy attitudes”.
