Originally it was called Global Warming, and that ploy worked pretty well until people Googled it and figured out that the earth was in a 20-year cooling trend. So “global warming” was out, and like magic Climate Change was born as the new threat to mankind. This one is pretty good because the climate is always changing, yes?

Obama ordered all federal agencies to begin factoring “climate resilience” into all of their international development programs and investments. The action is expected to complement efforts by the federal government to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, according to the White House.
