Were the fires that have ravaged San Diego, California in recent days started by Russian Spetsnaz on a mission as suggested in this newly released video by Hawk? Are they also responsible for the oil spill in Los Angeles, fertilizer plant attacks and much more here in the US on their agenda to cause havoc and misdirection as claimed?

Diversion is a tactic often used by small teams in order to take attention away from the real objective. They are here. I live in Colorado , near where one of the largest fires in Colorado history was set. That entire section of Forest was burned & to this day, remains sealed off to the public. The arsonist has never been caught. We have seen many strange things here in the mountains this spring, dozens of govt vehicles, approx. 36 suv’s coming out of the forest all at once. Fires, explosions, train wrecks, oil spills, coal spills, chemical spills in rivers.
