A Florida student has been arrested after threatening to ‘shoot up’ a school so he could ‘step on the bloodied corpses’ of victims, in a graphically violent post he made online.
The student at Nova High School in Davie allegedly made the threats on video game messaging app Discord.
‘I want to shoot up a school. This is a genuine feeling. I want people to suffer,’ the unnamed student wrote, reports the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
‘I want to step on and or over their bloodied corpses and her [hear] the squelching of their wounds forcing out that last bit of blood,’ menaced the student, adding that he wanted to also ‘blow their heads off to make sure they’re dead.’
