Roger Stone decided to take a stand and fight back against the corrupt Obama-appointed judge threatening to silence him with a gag order that would prevent him from talking to the media about the charges brought against him by dirty cop Mueller.

Us District Judge Amy Berman Jackson has been threatening a gag order for the last week, expressing concern that Roger Stone’s publicity in the case would potentially taint the jury pool.

“This case has already received extensive media attention,” the judge said in a proposed order, adding, “A considerable amount of that media attention has been devoted to extrajudicial statements of the defendant himself. These statements create the risk that the defendant will seek to use media coverage of this case to gain favorable attention.”

“Finally, in light of the defendant’s public statements to date and the level of attention those statements have received, the Court finds that less restrictive alternatives, such as change of venue, jury sequestration, searching voir dire, and robust jury instructions are insufficient to address this substantial risk and in particular will not adequately address the prejudice to the jury pool at its inception,” the Judge argued.

Roger Stone’s lawyer, Robert Buschel fought back against the corrupt Obama-appointed judge on Friday, arguing Stone has First Amendment rights to defend himself publicly.

“There should be no imposition of prior restraint on Mr. Stone’s First Amendment free speech rights,” the 8-page filing says.

Buschel argued that Roger Stone is only known in certain political circles and compared him to someone very famous like Kim Kardashian to prove his client has a limited public presence.

“An example of how limited and narrow his public presence is, is that Kim Kardashian has 59.5 million followers on Twitter. By contrast, Roger Stone has no Twitter account at all and, thus has no Twitter followers. On Instagram, Kim Kardashian has 126 million followers. Roger Stone’s Instagram following amounts to 39 thousand subscribers,” Stone’s lawyer argued.

The government [Mueller’s team] filed its own brief on Friday agreeing with the proposed gag order to silence Roger Stone.

“The government submits that the order would be supported by a finding that there is a substantial likelihood that extrajudicial comments by trial participants will undermine a fair trial,” the filing states.

Attorney Robert Barnes defended Roger Stone on Friday and said, “Mueller’s team asks a federal judge to gag Roger Stone because they claim Stone might “seek to use media coverage of this case to gain favorable attention.” Imagine that: a defendant using free speech to defend himself as Fifth & Sixth Amendment guarantee!”
