EU plans to undermine Trump decision by BYPASSING President over climate change walkout
THE European Union plans to bypass Donald Trump and deal with US business leaders and state governors directly after he pulled America of the Paris climate agreement.

EU officials will cut out the White House administration to work with US states and major corporations that have pledged to uphold the deal.
Mr Trump announced his decision to withdraw from the climate agreement and strike a new accord with the rest of the world.
The president claimed the 2015 deal allows countries such as China and India to carry out polluting at the expense of the US economy and jobs.
He vowed the US would stop implementing measures to meet its commitments by 2025 and end funding for poor countries to cope with climate change.
At the White House on Thursday, the President said: “In order to fullfill my solemn duty to protect America… the United States will withdraw from the Paris climate accord.”
But Mr Trump’s decision has been met with criticism from companies including Facebook, Apple, Ford and Microsoft and anger from world leaders.
