A LEADING global cyber security expert has said that Western governments and companies have left themselves open to being obliterated by ISIS as the sick Islamic death cult advances its methods of warfare.

Khaled Fattal, chairman of the Multilingual Internet Group, described the vile group’s approach as “a new breed of cyber terrorism”.
Unlike traditional hacking, Mr Fattal explained ISIS has no interest in making money but just wants to destroy their target.
Speaking to Express.co.uk, he said: “They want to inflict maximum damage or destruction of the target to gain maximum publicity. They need to show their followers they can have successes against a much stronger enemy.
“If you leave your defences susceptible you may not survive six or 12 months if you are breached.”
The expert, whose group has advised the likes of the UN and Microsoft, said the shock election of Donald Trump in the US could see ISIS territories being wiped out but a greater danger posed by their online activities.
He said: “Their only mode of effective penetration will be through cyber. There will be no physical caliphate – but a dark web one.”
