Stay away from the corporate aisles and you can avoid cancer

Walk down the center aisles of any major grocery store and you’ll see that most items contain multiple carcinogens approved by the FDA. They’re typically labeled as an additive, preservative, or some other protective-sounding word or phrase, but it’s all the same.

For example, peaches in pesticide-laden high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) are sealed in a can with toxic aluminum and bisphenol-A (BPA), which can leach into foods and cause everything from tumors to learning disabilities.

From taco shells to corn chips, grocery store aisles are nothing more than digestive and immunity-killing food zones.

You’re also likely grabbing sodium benzoate, a cell-choking nightmare primarily designed to prevent food from molding. It acts as a preservative and is commonly found in olives, fruit juices, pickles and soft drinks. It becomes a known carcinogenic additive when combined with vitamins C and E, ultimately depriving cells of the oxygen they need to function properly and fight cancer.
