The cry has now gone out even in the mainstream media that shortages are coming and those paying attention warn this is only a sign of things to come as the Washington Post warns the whole country will soon be affected by a new law in California that will cause shortages beginning January 1st of 2015. California could be on the verge of a severe egg shortage, and it will affect the whole country.
“I think we’re going to have a shortage starting January 1, and it’s going to get worse until production meets the needs of demand,” Ramsdell told Bloomberg on Friday.
