Obama’s Police Force: Militarized Government Agencies

It’s not enough that our government agencies have become rogue governments-within-a-government, they are now arming themselves. At the same time, Mr. Obama is decimating the military. The U.S.D.A. is the latest agency to heavily arm themselves. Can you see the problem here?
The USDA is about to secure arms that are normally reserved for the military. According to their May 7th release, they have “a requirement for the commerical acquisition of submachine guns, .40 Cal. S&W, ambidextrous safety, semi-automatic or 2 shot burts trigger group, Tritium night sights for front and rear, rails for attachment of flashlight (front under fore grip) and scope (top rear), stock-collapsilbe or folding, magazine – 30 rd. capacity, sling, light weight, and oversized trigger guard for gloved operation.”
Show me the scenario where the USDA needs very heavy-handed, para-military capability.
If they can’t disarm us, they will certainly out-arm us.
This is the same government that descended on the Bundy ranch in full assault gear long before any militia showed up to help the Bundys. They hid behind berms and watched the family through scopes while fully armored. That was the real story of the Bundy ranch.
The U.S.D.A. doesn’t need submachine guns to stamp out price gougers but they might need them to steal or control private land.
