U.S. Government Beefs-Up Preparations for H7N9 in Pacific

Is a false flag pandemic outbreak looming on the horizon to trigger a massive takeover of a Americans and their resources?
PACIFIC ISLANDS (INTELLIHUB) — Starting in February of 2014, Asia-Pacific Airlines will likely be contracted to fly pandemic response missions in the event of an outbreak in the Pacific basin, in wake of the recent outbreak of the deadly H7N9 in several asian countries.
While the response seems benevolent and quite expeditious on the part of the U.S., rest assured there is another agenda afoot.
Interestingly enough the California-based airline company, Asia-Pacific, is being handed the contract worth $1.46M over a 5-year span with virtually no interference from the outside. This may signify a few things–one of which of course is no-bid profiteering, which is nothing new coming from Washington. Secondly, on the other hand, we may be seeing the initial planning stages for a future false flag event. An event that will allow the implementation of Presidential Decision Directive 51 (PDD51), ultimately leading to the total takeover of this once great country by witty yet diabolic war barons and oligarchs. A real coup d’état.
Provisions have already been implemented nationally in pandemic and mass fatality response plans and other key documents, showing that the U.S. Government can and will maintain nearly total control of the civilian population during a pandemic outbreak. In fact, in most cases U.S. military personnel will obey orders from their superiors in the name of such a medical emergency. After all, everyone will need to remain quarantined–or so they say.
You see, it’s a catch 22 for the average person as fines for breaching a direct quarantine order can exceed $500,000 in the U.S. and in some cases are punishable by imprisonment. And during a pandemic, or staged pandemic, whatever the case, rest assured the prison will likely be the closest FEMA camp or sports stadium.
The startling solicitation made by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) on Dec. 5th, reads:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Procurement and Grants Office (PGO) intends to award a sole source contract to Asia-Pacific Airlines, 156 Diablo Road, Suite 203, Danville, CA 94526 to provide 24 hours/365 days dedicated air readiness support within the Pacific Ocean area, Pacific Rim Islands and other U.S. interests within the region.
