Will November 1st bring food stamp/EBT riots to America this coming Friday? This story from Dean Lautermilch shares with us three big changes that are coming this Friday to the SNAP program and shares with us that considering the recent near riots that occurred after the SNAP snafu just days ago, these changes alone could lead to some rather unpleasant events here in America as shared in the videos below.
It is a safe that that some social unrest and possible rioting could be starting this coming Friday the 1st of November. While some states are notifying recipients of SNAP benefits their benefit cuts in a letter, other states will let the recipients find out when they complete their first transaction and their total amount left is printed on their store receipt after their first transaction. The amount could be as little as eleven dollars per month per person on the card, to a lower amount due to benefit re-calculation that was done in October, to the worst case scenario of the card being invalid as the person was cut all together. The recipients will be finding out the news a number of ways over the first ten days of November. While SNAP is funded on the federal level, the states have control over the program.
