China’s PLA chief: North Korea may be about to conduct 4th nuclear test
North Korea may proceed with a fourth nuclear test, according to Fang Fenghui, chief of the general staff of China’s People’s Liberation Army.
The 62-year-old general made the comment following a meeting with Martin Dempsey, chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, who arrived in Beijing on Sunday for a five-day visit.

The South Korean military said earlier this week that North Korea my be planning to conduct its next missile test on April 25, the founding anniversary of the Korean People’s Army.
