Arizona Sheriff Stands Up to President Obama and Gun Control Lobby, Plans to Refuse All Unconstitutional Gun Bans

Pinal County Arizona Sheriff Paul Babeu has penned and sent a letter to President Obama that outlines the fact that Babeu plans to refuse any and all unconstitutional executive orders that limit or ban the 2nd Amendment rights of Americans in his county.
Babeu claims that any such law would actually be unlawful and that him and his deputies plan to ignore it.
Detailing the fact that if legislation was actually passed he would enforce it but that executive orders by Obama are simply not the same, Babeu appeared on a local Phoenix news outlet to announce his plans.
“Do you honestly feel that any criminal or someone who is mentally ill will obey an executive order made by you related to ‘gun control?’”

One MUST look beyond what Sheriff Babeu’s suggests, “Taking arms out of the mentally ill.” How do they propose to determine who is mentally ill and who is not?
One way they plan to do this is by turning medical doctors and health care providers into an oversight agency for the US Government. Remember, Obamacare relinquished our rights to health care privacy. Your personal physician or health care provider will be tasked with determining if you have guns, where you keep them, and how you store them to ensure security and safety. This will include that individual medical records information be placed in a database accessible to government agencies like the FBI, Home Land Security, and Local Police Departments.
While this proposal is being presented as a safety measure, it is nothing less than a draconian control measure. Medical doctor’s and health care provider’s provide medical care – NOT gun safety oversight for the US Government.
Medical doctors had nothing to do with the Sandy Hook incidence. As of yet, there is no proof that Adam Lanza was on medication or that medication was the cause of his alleged actions or that he was under the care of a mental health professional. In fact, there is NO hard evidence, whatsoever, that Lanza even committed the crime. It is nothing but media hearsay as reported to them from Lt. Vance – also hearsay as far as I’m concerned.
