When a legislature undertakes to proscribe the exercise of a citizen’s constitutional rights it acts lawlessly and the citizen can take matters into his own hands and proceed on the basis that such a law is no law at all. — William O. Douglas, Supreme Court Justice

OWS: The Raping of the 1st Amendment

A recent video of an incident has surfaced in which Citibank Henchmen are seen rounding up people and holding them captive against their will, with complicity from the police of course, for daring to close their bank accounts. In one video you can see a man wearing a sweater assault a woman and hold her against her will. This thug-for-hire had no apparent identification showing whether or not he was a cop, but even so, it is eerily reminiscent of Communist Russia to see the secret police take action against a woman for trying to leave the bank. He positioned his arms around her torso placing his hands just below her breast. There are also reports from RT news that protestors in Time Square were brutalized by the police and were forced to cease and desist in their peaceful assembly as the protestors recited the first amendment to the police to no avail.

As former Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney put it:
We also have seen the greatest transfer of wealth out of the hands of African Americans that we have ever seen probably since slavery, not only out of the hands of African Americans, but out of the hands of Latinos and increasingly out of the hands of middle-class white Americans as well. Source
