Just days ago, Steve Quayle linked to a story on his website from The Sun titled “Russia Claims It Can Wipe Out Entire US Navy With A Single ‘Electronic Bomb’ In Bizarre Propaganda Report”. The Russian news report claiming an electronic signal jamming weapon could render planes, ships and missiles useless also reported: the technology can disable all kind of electronic equipment.
While the mainstream media was quick to label the claim a ‘crazy conspiracy theory’, those who’ve been getting their news from independent sources know all about the USS Donald Cook and its experience with such an ‘electronic jamming weapon’ when back in 2014, soon after the US Destroyer entered the Black Sea, its advanced weapons technology was rendered useless. Allegedly spooking the ‘USS Donald Duck’ crew beyond belief claims were made then, the Russian EMP weapon in question can be found at the website of Deagel.com where it describes it as: The Russian Air Force Khibiny is an advanced aircraft-mounted electronic warfare (EW) system capable of jamming state-of-the-art radar-based weapon systems.
In this story we take a look back at that ‘secret’ Russian weapon called a ‘khibiny’ which has been used upon US ships at least 3 times to date as well as a report similar technology can be used as a miniaturized EMP upon ‘localized sections of’ to entire cities. We also take a look at the recent ‘coincidence’ in NY, LA and SF on Friday where the lives of tens of millions were brought to a grinding halt due to their unpreparedness for a massive power outage. Just a coincidence all 3 huge US metro areas were struck at the same time or something much more sinister?
The April 26th, 2012 story from ‘Inside The Ring’ aka the Bill Gertz File reported the use of ‘electromagnetic pulse weapons’ in future warfare was growing, which led several years ago to the Pentagon taking steps to harden its equipment against the devastating effects of EMP weapons. The brief excerpt from his story also proves that going as far back as the early 2000’s, Russia had such a weapon that could knock out power to large sections of, if not an entire city. Certainly if Russia had this technology back then, ‘enemies of America within’ would have the same or better technology now. From Gertz’s 2012 story:
Military officials say the threat of electromagnetic pulse weapons in future warfare is growing.
The threat is prompting the Pentagon to take steps to harden its computers and electronics against the devastating effects of EMP weapons, which simulate the debilitating effect on electronics produced by a nuclear blast.
A military source tells Inside the Ring that Russia has already developed battlefield EMP weapons and used them in combat.
During the early 2000s, Russian military forces fired an EMP mortar round that deployed a small metal-coated parachute. As it floated to earth, the EMP energy burst was reflected downward by the underside of the parachute and also spread by the cords attached to the shell. The result was a cone of anti-electronic energy that disrupted all electronics within its area.
The mortar was used by Russian forces to attack hand-held cellular telephones used by Chechen rebels to communicate.
