In the Depression era, FDR had what was called the Brain Trust. They were a collection of intellectuals and experts in each area of government and economy who met and advised the President on how to attack the Depression.
Donald Trump has assembled a version of his own Brain Trust. He is going directly to the CEO’s in this country. The obejective is to save jobs and stop the flight of corporations from going overseas. President Trump has to take this approach because a corrupt and a bought-off Congress is working in direct opposition to the American people and President Trump’s initiatives.
