FL, NC Declare State Of Emergency As “Life-Threatening” Hurricane Matthew Set For Landfall In Haiti

The powerful, “life-threatening”, category-4 Hurricane Matthew, with maximum sustained winds of over 140MPH, is expected to make its first landfall in Haiti tonight before moving to The Bahamas on Wednesday morning and Florida by Friday morning.
