When asked during a recent interview on RT television if things are really as bad as they appear, and if they’re going to get worse, famous investment commentator Jim Rogers responds very candidly when he says:

“Of course it’s going to get worse. You SHOULD be worried … Get KNOWLEDGEABLE, get WORRIED, and get PREPARED! It’s going to be MUCH worse, and worldwide!”

After that overly positive response, Jim is asked if “every day people” are going to feel it because the severity of what lies ahead doesn’t seem to be sinking in with the Americans still lucky enough to be working, that they MUST begin to prepare for what is coming. For all the irresponsible comments Barack Obama has made about a nonexistent recovery, even he recently gave a speech where he said Americans cannot depend on government for everything, and they MUST begin making preparations for severe emergencies.

Jim’s response to whether everyday Americans are going to feel it, is a resounding YES! In an elevated and frustrated tone, he explains that the coming crisis is going to be infinitely worse than 2008. The world responded to the 2008 debt crisis and derivative mess with increasing our levels of debt, and increasing the number of derivative swaps by enormous numbers.

Further adding to how bad this will become, is that in 2008 we were at almost full employment. Obviously millions lost their jobs in that financial crash, but we have 100 million in a country of 320 million already not working as we go into another crash. Is there anyone out there that really needs an Ivy League education to understand what that means?

Listen to the interview below with Jim Rogers, and then following that is an interesting article by Michael Snyder from a few weeks ago about the rising spirit of violence and unrest in America. In it, he says some things that support my claim that Martial Law is much closer than most can imagine. He says:

“If this is happening now, with the stock market soaring and unemployment a bit lower than it was during the depths of the last recession, what is going to happen when things start getting really bad in this country?

Desperate people do desperate things, and if people are willing to hurl rocks and set horses on fire because they are upset at a political candidate, what are they going to do when there is no food for their families?”
