Japan and South Korea ‘to SHOOT DOWN’ Kim Jong-un’s rocket debris
NORTH Korea’s closest neighbours have vowed to shoot down any debris that falls on their territories from a long-range rocket Pyongyang plans to fire this month.

South Korea and Japan made the pledge as officials in Seoul revealed they had detected preparations by Pyongyang for the firing of a rocket.
The North announced the launch of an observation satellite aboard a rocket for between February 8-25.
But South Korea and the United States say such a move would be a cover for a banned test of a missile that could strike the US mainland.
A launch would threaten regional security and violate UN Security Council resolutions that ban the North from engaging in any nuclear and ballistic activities.
