The war on terror is out of control!
Foreign governments are now being given information about ‘suspicious Americans’.
President Obama told reporters that a new arrangement “will allow our personnel to pass threat information, including on [Islamic State], to our French partners even more quickly and more often.”
He did not provide details, but officials said France will gain access to communications intercepts and other raw intelligence at a level close to that provided to America’s English-speaking allies: Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
This means our government is allowing foreign governments to spy on Americans.
The CIA/DHS is also letting Russia spy on ‘suspicious Americans’..

What part of the Constitution allows foreign governments to spy on ‘suspicious Americans’?
According to the LA Times article, Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch admitted there are only about a dozen Americans ACCUSED of aiding the Islamic State.
Attempting to justify European nations spying on Americans, Brennan said “European intelligence agencies are overwhelmed by the need to identify and monitor potential terrorism suspects.”
