Activist prankster Mark Dice hit the bricks once again this week to expose how trendy hipster lefties will sign their name to anything, no matter how ridiculous, if you tell them it’s anti-racist.
This time Dice asked Californians to put their names to a petition to change the name of the nation’s capital because of the “racist, slave-owning” history of the man it is named after, President George Washington.
LabelingDC, “racially insensitive,” Dice convinced almost everyone he encountered, that President Obama had floated the idea to rename the capital.
“Right on! I’m down with that,” a guy carrying a guitar around said, enthusiastically signing as Dice suggested Washington be renamed “Tom Brady D.C.”.
“It’s about time, yeah,” the guy agreed as Dice blithely told him that “renaming America’s capital is the next phase of the new world order as we progress beyond America’s past and become part of the global community.”
“We should get rid of the flag too, man, we need new symbols.” the guy responded, to which Dice responded “We’re trying to do that as well.”
Another man signed the petition as Dice told him that D.C. should be “named after Caitlin Jenner or something more modern.”
“It’s so f*cking confusing — Washington, Washington, D.C. — why you gotta be confusing? F*ck that sh*t,” said a girl in a nonsensical response to Dice declaring that the city’s name is “racially inappropriate.”
