ANP was contacted by a very concerned veteran about a report he heard on a local news station in Knoxville, TN., which specifically highlighted that “more and more Veterans were becoming criminals,” where our emailer described an interview with a police officer who “stated all Veterans are on a nation wide criminal gang list.”

He also stated the reason for Veterans being on the list was so they could monitor Veterans in their area and be able to go through a Veterans training files to see what skills they were trained in. Such as knife fighting skills, combat training, weapons training and other skills the Veteran would know or use. I knew we were being monitored but not to that extent. I do not know if you have heard or reported about this but it is troubling to know a city police officer good or bad can have access to our files on the federal level.
This is not new, but an ongoing attempt by the U.S. government to neutralize the biggest threat to a tyrannical government should martial law be declared, therefore our military veterans top the much-talked about “red list,” aka the “nationwide criminal gang list,” which are the first people targeted for elimination.
Reports have shown that veterans are being denied the medications they need to survive, receiving letters declaring them “incompetent” to handle their own affairs, then putting them on a list to prevent them from purchasing firearms, detailed in an excellent report by Michael Connelly, a Constitutional Attorney at United States Justice Foundation on May 15, 2015.
The letter also tells the veteran that once they are declared incompetent they can no longer own, possess, purchase, or transport firearms or ammunition. If they do they will be prosecuted. The names of veterans who have been declared incompetent are sent by the VA to the FBI where they are automatically declared to have been adjudicated to be mentally defective to the point of being a danger to themselves or others. They are put on the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) and can no longer legally purchase firearms.
However, in none of the cases that we know of has there been an adjudication process with a hearing before a judge or an administrative judge. Nor have the veterans in most cases been examined by a psychiatrist, psychologist, or even an MD. Eric Holder decided that anyone who works for the VA can declare veterans incompetent for any reason including having their bills paid automatically out of their bank accounts.
I have reported on all of this is the past, but as we have gotten more aggressive in representing individual veterans to defend their Constitutional rights the VA has adopted additional tactics against our American heroes. Some veterans have never gotten any letter or official notification from the VA. They find out they are on the NICS list when they try to purchase a firearm. Often they can’t even find out why they are on the list.
