The author is not aware that unless the machine is completely wrecked-AND NOT REBUILT-nothing significant alters. Nation states are willing to pass power to transnational authority illegally and populations will be allowed to starve and shoot local authorities in retaliation. The machine may be summed up by observing that the Roman Empire never ended-it just became a morass of laws. We are rapidly coming into a global USSR and it matters not at all what currency runs it.
