(Or an EMP). The word panic needs to be underscored. I am thankful for this kind of article. In the panic that will quickly follow a sudden food shortage, the first wave of food-shortage-panic will be in the first two or three weeks. Literal millions will die as people resort to fighting each other for dwindling, even if any, food suppiles. Having a supply is a great idea, but you also need to consider how you intend to keep the hungry mad paniced locals, (your neighbors), OUT of your food reserves. If you can simply weather the initial storm, you will have a real chance to survive longer term. There will be pletny of guns and ammo available, just pick it off the dead bodies around your house, when it becomes safer to emerge from it. There can be expected mass chaos, and American decends into all out Hell. So bad, it will indeed rival the Hell below us, filled with molten sulfer, also known as bromstone. We will become extremely vulnerable to invasion by foreign troops during this period of time, as well. The Crips and the Bloods, plus many other such gangs, will be "out there" as well. Life will become dicy, to say the least. However, is not all of this given us as a warning in Psalm 9:17 ?!!!
